REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1918 to come into operation forthwith.

Dated this thirty-first day of January, 1921.

The Australian Military Regulations 1916.

Amendment.

Australian Military Regulation 309 is amended by deleting the words:—

“Militia—

Australian Light Horse 18-35 5.6 34”

and substituting the following therefor:—

“Militia (not liable to training under Part XII. of the Act).
