REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1918.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1918 to come into operation forthwith.

Australian Military Regulations 1916.

Amendments.

A. Regulation 411, sub-paragraph (5) is amended by re-inserting the words “but in that case the member shall be granted in lieu a holiday or portion of a holiday on some other day”.

B. Regulation 412 is repealed.
