REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1927.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1927, to come into operation forthwith.

Dated this twenty-eighth day of January, 1931.

Amendment.

Regulation 3 is amended by adding the words “or Commandant of the Royal Military College of Australia” at the end of the definition of “formation, &c. commander.”
