REGULATION UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1941.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903-1941.

Amendment of the Australian Military Regulations. 

Enrolment.

Regulation 140a of the Australian .Military Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (c) of .sub-regulation (2) and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—

“(c)Members of the Parliament of the Commonwealth or of a State and officers of the Parliament of a State; and”.
