STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1941.*

Amendments of the Australian Military Regulations.
“(
ga )A copy of an entry made in pursuance of military duty in the books or records of a District Finance Officer purporting to be certified to be a true copy of an entry so made and to be signed by the District Finance Officer having custody of the original shall beprima facie evidence of such entry and of the matters therein recorded without proof of the handwriting of the officer or of his having such custody.”.
