REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1941.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1941.

Amendments of the Australia Military Regulations. 

Modifications and adaptations of A.A war service.

1. Regulation 202of the Australian Military Regulations is amended by inserting after paragraph (f) the following paragraph:—

“(g)A.A. 24, as if for the words ‘Every soldier’ there were substituted the words ‘Every person subject to military law’, and as if for the words ‘comrade, or to an officer’ there were substituted the words ‘person subject to military law’.”.

Adaptation of R.P. 26 and 28. (Peace and war service.)

2. Regulation 309 of the Australian Military Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (c).

Adaptation of A.A. 56 (5) and R.P. 44 (B), (C) and 47.

3. Regulation 319 of the Australian Military Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (e) of sub-regulation (2.).
