REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903–1915.

Australian Military Regulations 1916.

I, SIR JOHN MADDEN, acting as the Deputy of the Governor General in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the DefenceAct 1903–1915, to come into operation on and from 1st October, 1916.

Australian Military Regulations 1916.

Addition.

Regulation 1320.—After Regulation 1319 insert the following new Regulation:—

“1320. The operation of Regulations 78, 102 (2) and 113 (2) shall be suspended until the termination of the present war.”
