REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903–16

A.M. Regulations 1916.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council hereby make the following Regulation under the Defence Act 1903–1916 to come into operation forthwith.

Australian military Regulations 1916.

Amendment.

Regulation 79 is cancelled and the following substituted therefor:—

79. “Military Officers, not exceeding ten in number, may be appointed as Aides-de-Camp to the Governor-General for gallantry and distinguished service in the field or for meritorious service in the interests of the Commonwealth.”
