Regulations (Repeal)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903.

Commencement

 1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 3 July 1985.

Repeal

 2. Statutory Rules 1940 No. 58, Statutory Rules 1941 No. 165, Statutory Rules 1943 Nos. 218 and 250, Statutory Rules 1944 No. 171, Statutory Rules 1948 No. 41, Statutory Rules 1949 No. 93, Statutory Rules 1973 No. 215 and Statutory

Rules 1976 No. 36 are repealed.
