  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Military Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Defence Legislation Amendment Act 2006.

  1. Amendment of Australian Military Regulations 1927

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Military Regulations 1927.

substitute

(5)Subregulation (3) does not apply to the command of a legal officer while the officer is performing duties under subsection 154 (1) of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982.

(2)Subregulation (1) does not apply to the performance of duties by a legal officer under subsection 154 (1) of the Defence Force Discipline Act 1982.
