Australian Meat and Live-stock (Quotas) Act 1990 .Dated 26 June 2002

These Regulations are the
Australian Meat and Live-stock (Quotas) Amendment Regulations 2002 (No. 1) .
These Regulations commence on gazettal.
3 Amendment of Australian Meat and Live-stock (Quotas) Regulations 2000 Schedule 1 amends the
Australian Meat and Live-stock (Quotas) Regulations 2000 .
(regulation 3)
substitute
quota year means:
(a) for sheepmeat and goatmeat exports to the European Union — 1 January to 31 December; or
(b) for high quality beef exports to the European Union — 1 July to 30 June; or
(c) for beef exports to the United States of America — 1 January to 31 December.
