1  Name

This instrument is the Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry Legislation Amendment (Prohibition of Export of Sheep by Sea to Middle East—Northern Summer) Order 2019.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Repeal the heading, substitute:

5  Prohibition of export of sheep through certain waters in the Arabian Sea

2  Paragraph 5(1)(a)

Omit “31 August 2019”, substitute “22 September 2019”.
