1. Name of Order

This Order is the Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry (High Quality Beef Export to the European Union) Amendment Order 2005 (No. 1).

1. Commencement

This Order commences on registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

1. Amendment of Australian Meat and Live-stock Industry (High Quality Beef Export to the European Union) Order 2004

Section 3  Delete the definition of "eligible exporter"

Subsection 12 (1)  Delete ‘eligible’.

Subsection 13 (1)  Delete ‘eligible’.

Subsection 14  Delete ‘eligible’.

Subsection 18 (1)  Delete ‘eligible’.

Subsection 18 (2)  Delete ‘eligible’.
