STATUTE NO. 6
COURSES AND AWARDS STATUTE
| Citation | 1. | This Statute may be cited as the Courses and Awards Statute. | |
| Rules relating to courses and awards | 2. | The Council may make rules, not inconsistent with the Act or a Statute, with respect to | |
| (a) | the courses of study and instruction of the College; | ||
| (b) | the degrees, diplomas and certificates that may be awarded by the College, and the requirements for their award; and | ||
| (c) | the formalities and ceremonies relating to the conferring of such degrees, diplomas and certificates by the College. | ||
