DETERMINATION OF CHARGE RATE UNDER SUBSECTION 10(2)

FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2004-05

I, MARK ANTHONY JAMES VAILE, Minister for Transport and Regional Services, under subsection 10(2) of the Australian Land Transport Development Act 1988, determine that the charge rate for the financial year 2004-05 is 3.8544039055 cents per litre.

This determination comes into force on 1 July 2004.
