1Name

This instrument is the Australian Immunisation Register Amendment (Japanese Encephalitis Virus) Rules 2022.

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1Amendments

Australian Immunisation Register Rule 2015

Subparagraph 9(a)(iii)

Omit “vaccine; and”, substitute “vaccine;”.

At the end of paragraph 9(a)

Add:

1. (iv)

   a relevant vaccination for the Japanese encephalitis virus; and

3

Subparagraph 9(b)(iii)

Omit “2021; and”, substitute “2021; or”.

At the end of paragraph 9(b)

Add:

1. (iv)

   for a relevant vaccination for the Japanese encephalitis virus—on or after the commencement of the Australian Immunisation Register Amendment (Japanese Encephalitis Virus) Rules 2022; and
