Australian Human Rights Commission (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2009

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Human Rights Commission Act 2009, the Defence Act 1903, the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976, the Federal Magistrates Act 1999, the the Fisheries Management Act 1991, the Freedom of Information Act 1982, the Privacy Act 1988, the Public Service Act 1999, the Torres Strait Fisheries Act 1984 and the Workplace Relations Act 1996.

These Regulations are the Australian Human Rights Commission (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2009.

Commencement
These Regulations commence on the commencement of Division 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Disability Discrimination and Other Human Rights Legislation Amendment Act 2009.
