| Arrangement for conduct of election. |
[1] On 30 January 2014 the Western Australian Branch (the WA Branch) of the Australian Hotels Association (the AHA) lodged with the Fair Work Commission prescribed information in relation to an election.
[2] On 6 and 19 February 2014, the Fair Work Commission wrote to the WA Branch of
the AHA requesting further prescribed information.
[3] On 20 February 2014, the WA Branch of the AHA lodged further prescribed
information in relation to an election for the following offices:

Ordinary members (6)
The President of each Territorial Division of the Branch:
Perth Metropolitan North Division (1) Perth Metropolitan South Division (1) Perth Central Division (1)
Central Division - WA (1)
South West Division - WA (1)
North West Division - WA (1)Coastal Division - WA (1)
The President of each Non-Territorial Division of the Branch:

President Licensed Restaurant Division (1) (in accordance with the rules)[4] I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under
the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered
Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the
Australian Electoral Commission.
