Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1] On 1 September 2014 the Tasmanian Branch of the Australian Hotels Association (also known as the Tasmanian Hospitality Association) lodged with the Fair Work Commission prescribed information in relation to an election for the following offices:

Treasurer (1)

Division President/Branch Vice President from the following Divisions:

Pub/Tavern Division (1)
Accommodation Hotels Division (1)

Restaurant Division (1)

Representative to State Council from the following Divisions:

Pub/Tavern Division from the following geographic regions:

South (telephone prefix 62) (4) North (telephone prefix 63) (3) North West (telephone prefix 64) (2)

Accommodation Hotels Division from the following geographic regions:

South (telephone prefix 62) (1)

North West and North (telephone prefix 64 and 63) (1)

[2] I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
