Alteration of other rules of organisation - correction

The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 2 September 2024 [[2024] FWCD 1047] is corrected as follows:

1. By removing paragraph [13] and replacing it with the following:

[13] With exception of the proposed alterations to sub-rules 3(d), 16G(b) and 16G(c), and Rules 4, 5, 9 and 31, in my opinion, the alterations comply with and are not contrary to the Act, the FW Act, modern awards and enterprise agreements, are not otherwise contrary to law and were made under the rules of the organisation. I certify accordingly under subsection 159(1) of the Act.
