Australian Horticultural Corporation (Dried Fruits Export Control) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Horticultural Corporation Act 1987.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Australian Horticultural Corporation (Dried Fruits Export Control) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901 s.48.]

2.   Regulation 14 (Application for review of decisions)

2.1   Paragraph 14 (1) (b):

Omit “subregulation 5 (4)”, substitute “paragraph 10 (c) or 10 (d)”.

2.2   Paragraph 14 (1) (c):

Omit “subregulation 8 (2)”, substitute “subregulation 11 (2)”.

2.3   Paragraph 14 (1) (d):

Omit “subregulation 8 (4)”, substitute “subregulation 11 (4)”.

3.   Regulation 17 (Transitional)

3.1   Omit “regulation 5”, substitute “regulation 6”.

4.   Schedule

4.1   (Licence to export dried fruits), Form 1:

Omit from the heading “Regulation 6”, substitute “Regulation 8”.

4.2   (Licence to export dried fruits), Form 1:

Omit “regulation 5”, substitute “regulation 6”.

4.3   (Application for authority to export dried fruits), Form 2:

Omit from the heading “Regulation 8”, substitute “Regulation 11”.

4.4   (Certificate of authority to export dried fruits), Form 3:

Omit from the heading “Regulation 8”, substitute “Regulation 11”.
