Australian Film, Television and Radio School Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Dated 8 June 1995.

1.1 Regulation 4 is taken to have commenced on 31 August 1973.
[NOTE: The remainder of these Regulations commences on
gazettal: see
2.1 The Australian Film, Television and Radio School Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
3.1 Omit the regulation, substitute:
For the purposes of paragraph 40 (1) (c) of the Act, the amount of $150,000 is prescribed.”.
4.1 After regulation 3, add:
For the purposes of paragraph 5 (1) (g) of the Act, the following degrees, diplomas and certificates may be awarded by the School:
(a) Degree of Master of Arts (Film & Television);
(b) Degree of Bachelor of Arts (Film & Television);
(c) Diploma of Arts (Film & Television);
(d) Graduate Diploma of Arts (Film & Television);
(e) Graduate Diploma in Media;
(f) Certificate in Commercial Radio Broadcasting;
(g) Certificate in Production Design;
(h) Certificate in Screenwriting;
(i) Certificate of Proficiency (Film & Television);
(j) Certificate of the Australian Film & Television School;
(k) Interim Training Scheme Certificate;
(l) Specialist Extension Certificate.”.
