I, PETER JOHN HOLLINGWORTH, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Film Commission Act 1975.

1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Film Commission Regulations 2002.

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3Definition

In these Regulations:

Act means the Australian Film Commission Act 1975.

4Higher amounts — restrictions on financial transactions

For paragraphs 35 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the Act, the higher amount is $1 000 000.
