Application for approval of the Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations Enterprise Agreement 2023

1. Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations Limited T/A Health Equity Matters has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Australian Federation of AIDS Organisations Enterprise Agreement 2023 (the Agreement).

1. I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

1. The Agreement is approved and will operate from 23 August 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 January 2027.
