Australian Federal Police Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

1.   Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on

 1 May 1994.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Australian Federal Police Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   New regulation 38

3.1   After regulation 37, insert in Part 5:

Allowances under subsection 20 (2) of the Act

 “38. For the purposes of subsection 20 (2) of the Act, a displacement allowance of $13,500 a year is prescribed.”.
