Australian Federal Police Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

1.   Commencement

1.1 These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of Part 3 of the Competition Policy Reform Act 1995.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Australian Federal Police Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3.   Schedule 7 (Prescribed authorities of the Commonwealth)

3.1   Part 1:

After item 4, insert:

“4A Australian Competition and Consumer Commission”.

3.2   Part 1, item 33:

Omit the item.

3.3   Part 1, item 35:

Omit the item.
