I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

 After regulation 39 of the Australian Federal Police Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Ranks to which section 64A of the Act applies

• “40.

  Each of the ranks set out in the following table is declared to be a rank to which section 64A of the Act applies:
