Australian Federal Police Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

Examination Committee

 1. Regulation 10 of the Australian Federal Police Regulations is amended by omitting “, on the next occasion or the next but one occasion on which the qualifying examination is held, “ from paragraph (3) (f).

2. After regulation 24 of the Australian Federal Police Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Protection of members of Board

“24A

An action or proceeding, civil or criminal, does not lie against a member of the Board for or in respect of any act or thing done in good faith by the member in his capacity as such a member.”.
