I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the

The Australian Federal Police Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 39 the following regulation:
“39a. For the purposes of paragraph 34 (1) (c) of the Act, each of the following classes of studies or research is prescribed:
(a) computer science;
(b) law;
(c) accounting;
(d) police studies;
(e) administration;
(f) psychology;
(g) languages.”.
