I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

Registration by prospective candidate at an election

Regulation 41 of the Australian Federal Police Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “of the Northern Territory of Australia or the Australian Capital Territory House of Assembly” and substituting “for the Australian Capital Territory or the Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory of Australia”.
