(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

Determination of appeal

Regulation 32 of the Australian Federal Police Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from subregulations (2) and (3) “Review Committee” (wherever occurring) and substituting “Appeal Committee”;

(b) by omitting from subregulations (4) and (5) “member” and substituting “person”.
