(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

Waiver and exemption of fees

1. Regulation 48 of the Australian Federal Police Regulations is amended:

(a) by inserting in subregulation (1) “the whole or part of” after “payment of”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (l) (b) “waive the fee” and substituting “do so”.

Schedule 6

2. Schedule 6 to the Australian Federal Police Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from item 1 “26” and substituting “19”;

(b) by omitting from item 2 “14” and substituting “19”;

(c) by omitting from item 3 “35” and substituting “86”;

(d) by omitting from item 4 “9” and substituting “40”;

(e) by omitting from item 5 “7” and substituting “17”;

 

(f) by omitting from item 7 “30” and substituting “8”;

(g) by omitting from item 8 “16” and substituting “6”;

(h) by omitting from item 9 “14” and substituting “5”;

(i) by omitting from item 13 “25” and substituting “42”;

(j) by omitting from item 14 “14” and substituting “19”;

(k) by omitting from item 15 “14” and substituting “19”;

(l) by omitting from item 18 “16” and substituting “19”.
