Australian Federal Police (Police Liaison Advisory Committee for the Australian Capital Territory) Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

Functions of Committee

Regulation 3 of the Australian Federal Police (Police Liaison Advisory Committee for the Australian Capital Territory) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (3) (c) and substituting the following paragraphs:

• “(c)

  proceedings before the Commissioner under the Australian Federal Police (Discipline) Regulations;

• (ca)

  proceedings before the Federal Police Disciplinary Tribunal under the Complaints (Australian Federal Police) Act 1981;”.
