  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Federal Police (Discipline) Repeal Regulations 2006.

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the commencement of sections 3 to 224 of the Law Enforcement Integrity Commissioner Act 2006.

  1. Repeal

The Australian Federal Police (Discipline) Regulations 1979 are repealed.
