Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and pursuant to section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901,hereby make the following Regulation under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

After Division 2 of Part II of the Australian Federal Police (Discipline) Regulations the following Division is inserted:

Division 3Relevant Disciplinary Offences

Declaration—definition of relevant disciplinary offence

“18a. For the purposes of the definition of ‘relevant disciplinary offence’ in section 41 of the Act, each of the following disciplinary offences is declared to be a relevant disciplinary offence:

(a) a disciplinary offence under paragraph 2 (2) (c);

(b) a disciplinary offence under paragraph 2 (2) (d).”.
