I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Federal Police Act 1979.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Australian Federal Police (Discipline) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2. Regulation 19 (Institution of proceedings in relation to disciplinary offences)

2.1 Paragraph 19 (2) (c):

After “member” (first occurring), insert “or staff member”.

2.2 Paragraph 19 (2) (c):

After “member” (twice occurring), insert “or staff member”.
