  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Federal Police Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 October 2008.

  1. Amendment of Australian Federal Police Regulations 1979

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Federal Police Regulations 1979.

(2)For items 1, 2 and 4 of Schedule 2, the fee is the sum of:

(a)the amount mentioned in the item; and

(b)any amount payable by the AFP in the course of providing the service, rounded up to the nearest dollar.
