Australian Energy Market Amendment (Gas Legislation) Act 2007

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2(1) of the Australian Energy Market Amendment (Gas Legislation) Act 2007, fix the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences as the date of commencement of the National Gas (South Australia) Act 2008 of South Australia.
