Australian Energy Market Amendment (AEMO and Other Measures) Act 2009

I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 and item 5 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Australian Energy Market Amendment (AEMO and Other Measures) Act 2009, fix the day on which the National Electricity (South Australia) (National Electricity Law — Australian Energy Market Operator) Amendment Act 2009 of South Australia commences as the day on which items 7 to 11 and item 13 of Schedule 1 to the Australian Energy Market Amendment (AEMO and Other Measures) Act 2009 commence.
