Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1] On 28 May and 8 July 2014 the Northern Territory Branch of the Australian Education Union (the Branch) lodged with the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) the prescribed information in relation to an election to fill a casual vacancy for the remainder of the term of office in the following office:

Branch Secretary

[2]        On 5 June and 8 July 2014 the Branch lodged with the Commission the prescribed

information in relation to an election to fill a casual vacancy for the remainder of the term of

office in the following office:

Branch Executive Councillor from the Arnhem Region

[3] On 4 June and 7 July 2014 the Australian Education Union lodged with the Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election to fill casual vacancies for the remainder of the term of office in the following offices:

Northern Territory Branch:

Federal Conference Delegate representing the General Division
Federal Executive Member representing the General Division

[4]        I am satisfied that elections for the abovenamed offices are required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the elections by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
