[1]        On 12 January 2015, 14 January 2015 and 20 February 2015, the New South Wales

Teachers Federation (NSWTF) Branch of the Australian Education Union Branch lodged with

the Fair Work Commission the prescribed information in relation to an election for the

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered
