This is the Australian Education Amendment Regulation 2016 (No. 1).

2Commencement

1. (1)

   Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Section 24A

Repeal the section, substitute:

24AIndexation percentage

For paragraph 68(3)(b) of the Act, the indexation percentage is:

1. (a)

   for 2015, 102.30%; and

2. (b)

   for 2016, 101.76%.
