1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Australian Crime Commission Amendment Regulations 2003 (No. 2).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

Schedule 1 amends the Australian Crime Commission Regulations 2002.

For subparagraphs 55A (4) (b) (ii) and (5) (b) (ii) of the Act, each duty, function or power under a provision of a State law mentioned in an item in Schedule 3 may be conferred on the person or body mentioned in the item.
