3 Amendment of Australian Crime Commission Regulations 2002 Schedule 1 amends the
Australian Crime Commission Regulations 2002 .

8A Duties, functions and powers conferred by State laws For subparagraphs 55A (4) (b) (ii) and (5) (b) (ii) of the Act, each duty, function or power under a provision of a State law mentioned in an item in Schedule 3 may be conferred on the person or body mentioned in the item.
