HIS HONOUR:   On 9 May 2016, a summons was filed in this matter by the International Air Transport Association seeking leave to appear as amicus curiae. Pursuant to rule 13.03.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), I direct that the summons be determined on the papers. Leave will be granted to the International Air Transport Association to appear as amicus curiae limited to its written submissions. I publish my reasons and the order of the Court.
