 These Regulations may be cited as the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (Allowances) Regulations.

2Interpretation

 In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, the Act means the Trade Practices Act 1974.

3Allowances payable to members of the Commission

 For the purposes of subsection 9 (2) of the Act, the following allowances are prescribed, namely, the allowances payable to an officer of the Australian Public Service.
