REGULATIONS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN COMMISSION ON ADVANCED EDUCATION ACT 1971.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Commission on Advanced Education Act 1971.

Amendment of the Australian Commission on Advanced Education Regulations

1. After regulation 5 of the Australian Commission on Advanced Education Regulations the following regulation is added:—

Allowance payable to part-time acting Chairman.

“6. An acting Chairman of the Commission, not being a full-time acting Chairman, shall be paid an allowance at the rate of One hundred and twenty-five dollars per week.”.

Application.

2. Allowance is payable to an acting Chairman, not being a full-time acting Chairman, in accordance with regulation 6 of the Australian Commission on Advanced Education Regulations as amended by these Regulations in respect of any period of office of the acting Chairman from and including 1st June, 1973.
