(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Citizenship Act 1948.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 1986.

Application for registration of name

2. Regulation 7a of the Australian Citizenship Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “$25” and substituting “$50”.
