THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under
the

“5. For the purposes of sub-subparagraph 5a (1) (d) (i) (a) of the Act, the following class of visas is prescribed, namely, resident return visas within the meaning of regulation 29ac of the Migration Regulations.”.

(a) by omitting from Forms 9 and 10:
“, before me—
Signature
(Justice of the High Court, Judge, Magistrate, Commissioner for Declarations, Justice of the Peace, Notary Public or authorized officer as the case may be)”; and
(b) by omitting Form 12.
FURTHER AMENDMENTS OF THE PRINCIPAL REGULATIONS
Insert “or her” after “his” in paragraphs 8 (3) (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e), (4) (b), (c) and (d), (6) (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) (wherever occurring) and 11 (c).
Insert “or she” after “he” in regulation 4 and paragraphs 8 (3) (f) and (4) (e).
Insert “or her” after “him” in paragraph 8 (4) (da).
