Application to terminate the Australian Catholic University National General Staff Award 2003.

[1] An application has been made by Australian Catholic University Ltd for Fair Work Australia (FWA) to terminate the enterprise instrument known as the Australian Catholic University National General Staff Award 2003 (the Award). The application was made pursuant to Schedule 6 of Item 5 to the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 (the Transitional Act).

[2] I am satisfied that I have taken into account the factors in Schedule 6 of Item 5, sub-paragraph 4 to the Transitional Act.

[3] I note that there have been no objections to this application.

[4] The application is granted and the Award is terminated. The termination shall operate from the date of this decision.
