Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court

(Fees) Regulations (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court Act

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Australian Capital Territory Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations.

Minor amendments

2. The Principal Regulations are amended as set out in the Schedule to

these Regulations.

Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "115", "75" and "15" and substituting "180", "100" and "20" respectively.

Transitional

4. Where—

(a)

a request for service of the process of the Court by an officer of

the Court is made before the day on which these Regulations come

(b) in relation to that request, service is effected or attempted on or after that day;

the fee for that service or attempted service is the fee applicable under the these Regulations.
